Movie Reviews : Just Go With It

This romantic comedy was refreshing for me. I was just looking for something to watch, with no expectations. I have only seen one movie with Adam Sandler that I was very pleased to watch. Spanglish was completely different from Just Go With It.

This show was typical with the hero trying to develop a realtionship based on a lie and all the problems that come out of that.

The difference in this movie is the variety of the characters. The hero's cousin, the heroine's children, and the heroine all have to completely change their lives to accommodate the lies that keep coming.

A couple of things I found interesting. Jennifer Aniston did not play a role of someone who could not find a date. Occasionaly, there was a good laugh.

Starred: Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston

Story of post-apocalyptic zombie infestation of the west, set it modern day with old west theme. Decent camera work, acting was not terribly overdone. One thing that was redeeming was the main character. I hope it was done for comic relief but the hero did a fine Clint Eastwood impression throughout the film, similar to the spaghetti westerns.

Starred: Ryn Baskin, Hans Tubman

This is not considered a highbrow production. But considering it has aspirations to be a 'B' movie, it could be much worse.

It is your traditional government contractor working to develop biological weapons then things go horribly awry causing people to become zombified. For those who are not familiar with the word: Zombified - being transformed into zombie.

This movie follows a couple of my movie rules, "If there is gratuitous nudity in the first five minutes, do not set the bar too high." "If there is unwanted language, do not expect much."

Overall, it is alright. They produced it with a very low budget and stars that are nobodies. Stars - Alexis Texas, Janet Marie
